   A really pleasant appointment today (well, as pleasant as an appointment at the dentist can be at least!). Staff always really friendly and the dentist, Benaaz, was out of this world! Took the time to thoroughly and patiently explain my care plan and even showed me my xrays. An absolute professional throughout the appointment, the best dentist I've seen by far!    Such an improvement! My daughter and me used to have the same dentist in this practise and he wasn’t great with children. Last week my 5 year old was seen by Nick and he was brilliant with her! I was seen by Sabha today and it was the most entertaining and relaxing dentist visit I have ever had. Her and the nurse are a fab duo. She did more than expected and I felt more than comfortable.

   Receptionists other than 1 are rude and ignore you, they seem to think that you have no other choice but to stay with Genix. I have no complaint about the dentists as they are great but don't seem to stay long including the hygienists. The charges for the hygienists have gone up several times from last year & once this year so far (Very Expensive). If I had a choice I would leave but there are few & far between NHS dentists.

   Since I've been coming here I have had six practitioners. Since it was taken over by Dental Partners it has changed dramatically. The reception staff are lovely, they are polite and very knowledgeable. They will do their best to get you an appointment that is suited to you. The dental nurses are lovely too they actually acknowledge you which is not how it used to be. I now have a regular practitioner which is great. He has helped me so much to get my teeth how I want them. I will always be grateful for that. Still some work to do but I will be seeing the same practitioner. If they don't answer the phone to you straight away, be patient, they are very busy, they will get to you.
