   Ive been with trinity house for over 4 years having my brace treatment. Staff members both reception and in the treatment area are always lovely , welcoming and happy to help. They are kind and know how to handle care without being rude or belittling. Brilliant option for many treatments!

   Today I visited this clinic I didn't have friendly experience with them. After finishing the appointment and went down to the reception to discuss the fees and payment plan, the reception and the nurse that came down with me was disrespectable they were making funny when I was asking them about the price. In addition, they are not aware of the price that they gave me every time the doctor give them different price. Overall the experience was not good I did not like how they dealt with me and my request they seemed careless and unfriendly.

   Reception staff need to be trained on how to answer the phones and deal with patients. They're very rude and unprofessional. If they can't be polite and kind then they need to get a job elsewhere as this clearly isn't the fit for them.

The service and care from all the team has been exemplary, we cannot thank everyone enough, particularly for safely continuing his care through the difficult pandemic times. 5* service, treatment and result!    I’m here to express how distraught and utterly annoyed I am by the lack of communication and professionalism of this orthodontist. I had been referred here by my dentist FIVE years ago. I attended my first appointment in 2017 where they told me I would be put on the waiting list for braces, they told me they would contact me after that. I was never contacted. As someone who’s mental health has been deteriorating because of how self conscious I am of my teeth. I have been suffering from bullying for years. And have been unable to ever smile because of it, i find this unacceptable. I attempted to contact the place once where they told me they couldn’t disclose any information to me (no idea why) and now in 2022 I had my dentist try chase up what was happening and they told her I was dismissed - taken off the waiting list because I “ never returned to my second appointment” mind you - I was NEVER contacted, they claimed to have sent a letter, which I never received, even so I never got a phone call, they didn’t even let my dentist know. It is completely inconsiderate and unprofessional to just throw someone off of a waiting list whilst they sit at home for FIVE WHOLE YEARS expecting a response. I’m am so so disappointed beyond words.
