   Please remember that the 5 star reviews are based on the CONSULTATION not the process of treatment or even your smile after treatment. smile direct club will pester you to review them after your consultation which is obviously going to be amazing considering they tell you that your smile is going to be perfect and you will look like this and look like that blah blah blah… of course you’d give a 5 star! Doesn’t seem all too legit to me

   Went in for a scan on Sat 11 Feb. Was told next step is an online appointment with an orthodontist to discuss my scan, and decide if I want to go ahead. A few days later £1500 was debited from my account without any notice! I'm probably going to go ahead with my plan anyway, but I don't feel that I was given correct information at all.

   Amazing service and extremely helpful. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Did my 3D scan today and i was explained to step by step. Felt much confident. Sobiya was my guide and she is really great!

   It was my first time at Smile Direct today and I was made to feel so welcome and appreciated! The receptionist Billie even complimented my eyebrows! I had my 3D scan completed by Holly who was so kind and explained everything thoroughly enough so I didn't even have any questions at the end. Everything is so professional, clean and safe. I can't wait to start my journey!

   Heard of Smile Direct Club through a friend and seemed a great opportunity to help my mum get a new smile. Very satisfied with the service, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Sobiya for explaining the process and making us feel comfortable and at ease. Angel was very nice too and as excited as us for what’s coming. Can’t wait for my mum to start the treatment. Definitely recommend.

Jess carried out my appointment and made me feel very comfortable especially when talking about why I would like to fix my smile.
