   Not the best hair experience. Cut was OK but not the best. Lynne who cut my hair and is the owner has no customer service experience. She ran 30 mins late and spent some of that time just chatting away. I asked for a dry cut which granted I did not ask the price and details on the phone but apparently she only cuts max 1 inch for dry cuts for £17 which she says takes 5 mins! Who would pay for that? I wanted 2 inches off, layers and thinned out but she said thats a restyle and charged me £35!! She said she'd normally wash the hair for that price but she had no time for a wash but still charged me the same! I did not see another person come in so she had the time. By that time I waited so long I gave in. There's no card machine either she only takes cash and bank transfers. I gave her a £20 in Scottish legal tender which she says she can't take because she doesn't go to the bank? So I transferred and even that was an issue. It was one thing after another but her attitude and responses was short and uncomfortable. Never booking with Lynne again. Nice salon but better off with another stylist or somewhere else entirely. I felt like I got ripped off, should have got a discount at least for her own delay and lack of washing!!

   Lin is a true hair genius when it comes to colouring. she managed to completely get rid of all of the brassy tones in my hair colour which many hairdressers over the past year and a half have not been able to do. in just one sitting I left her salon with exactly what I wanted. great customer service from beginning to end and I will not let anyone else do my hair from now on.
