I can not praise Prefect Smile enough l am a very anxious person and required a root canal procedure today Kamran and his dental nurse were amazing he was very gentle and explained everything he was doing he completely put me at ease . I hate the dentist. I am absolutely terrified and used to bring the kids with me so I'd actually sit in the chair. But my dentist is so lovely, not judgy and patient. I now go alone and had my teeth cleaned for the first time last month which is a massive step for me. The reception lady is so nice and supportive. Always answer the ohone with a cheery voice and is super helpful. I wouldn't go to any other dentist
Dentist is fully professional but the person on the reception who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken to!! I will never leave a complain if it was her first time! But that actually happening every single time!! Today, I rang up to ask a quick question and she didn’t even let me to finish off my sentence and kind of cut my conversation! What a shock! This is so disappointing.
