   I've used TW Autos to service, maintain and MOT my Ford Focus for three years. Their mechanical and ectronic abilities are second to none. My repair needs and pricing are totally honest compared to other garages, especially certain national chains who normally see you as a target to extract more money. The only one grip is the administrator/ receptionist does not contact you when your car is ready to collect. I dropped the car off at 8 am and had to phone at 5 pm only to find (after looking at date / times on printed documents) my car was ready to collect at 2 pm. Apart from that it's a GOOD garage.

   I have been taking my vehicles to TW autos for 20 years now. On countless times they have gone above and beyond for us like collecting a breakdown within the hour and changing a tyre for my wife who was stranded with a 3 month old baby. Just in general nice, down to earth people running a well serviced garage...what more can you ask for.

   1 star is VERY generous. Had my car in for a cooling system issue, took £2500 off me and now my car is destroyed. Now I have no heating and it makes more tick over noise than it ever has before. Would advise ANYONE to look elsewhere as this place is a scam

   Used this garage on a few occasions, they were very helpful and a fair price. Had my car towed there last time out of hours and they did not have a problem at all. They fixed up my car and now im back on the road again. Thankyou so much. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them as my go to,,, in the future. :)
