   I have been a patient at high street dental practice for around 30 years, my dentist Dr Paul Banerjee has always been respectful, friendly and always happy to offer advice making every visit stress free. All the staff are amazing and nothing is too much bother, sometimes I have been seen by other dentists and they have provided excellent treatment and care. The practice is of high standards and the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming.

   Just wanted to say thankyou to the practice for fitting me in for an emergency tooth extraction a few weeks ago, and also for Rosemary for extending my appointment today and somehow fitting me in to get my filling done today before my holiday! Thank you so much. Rosemary is an excellent dentist, very professional, skilled and gentle; I didn’t feel any discomfort with any of the treatments I have had. Really makes going to the dentist a stress free experience. Working with Rosemary today was Nicola and she was fantastic. She is so friendly and welcoming and her bedside manner is just wonderful, ensuring I was okay and just making me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank them both enough for doing my filling today. Reception staff are also a real credit to the practice, every time I attend an appointment they are efficient and professional with a friendly manner.

   Would not recommend, I’m now having extremely expensive private corrective dental surgery to correct with 5 extractions, braces and then invisiline to correct an overbite that was completely missed by Jhotti. Doesn’t even deserve the one star and Jhottis bedside manner is appalling!

   Thank you Rosemary& Nicola for removing my wisdom tooth at short notice.Rosemary so gentle I never felt any pain at all. Didn't need any pain killers either. She is an amazing dentist&such a beautiful person . Thank you again Rosemary.Nicolayou too are amazing. So caring. No one should be afraid of dentist with this these two.A big asset to the practice.

   I could not recommend this Dental Practice enough! Been in agony with my tooth, got an appointment through 111 for the next day. The staff at reception are so welcoming and make you feel at ease, the dental nurses are so reassuring and helpful. The Dentist was amazing, turned out I needed a tooth extracted - but it would be a complicated one. Once I was numbed up - I did not feel a single thing until the Dentist told me it was done. I have had really bad experiences with other Dental Practices in the past so was scared to attend my appointment, but this one by far tops them all. Staff are so friendly and professional, I can not thank them enough for all the work they do.

   I can't recommend this dentist enough. I have been coming here for years and have always been looked after. Recently, I have had issues with chipped teeth, particularly my front teeth caused by grinding in my sleep and I was booked in straight away for it sorting. Dr Jyoti is amazing and always gives the best advice, thank you for everything!

   I had a tooth removed by a dentist that was on his last day because he was leaving, as many of them do quite regularly. It turns out that he left part of the root of my tooth inside my gum but didn't tell me. I've called today to arrange an appointment because I missed the last one (with the owner) but was told that I've been removed and was then told a lie as to why this was. The owner has quite simply removed me to get rid of the problem, I knew from the very beginning that something wasn't right with this "dental surgery" Just a quick message to the owner, because I know that you will be reading this and I know that you will be able to work out who I am. You've picked on a fighter not a loser! I will not stop until justice is served for what you have done to myself and to others, because I know that I'm not the only one that you have treated like this. See you in court!
