They were recommended by a friend. I rang and got an initial appointment the very next day. Very welcoming. Short waiting time. Very friendly and informative Dentist. A thorough checkup and useful conversation about schedule of work could be required, once they’d seen necessary x-rays. Really happy and comfortable to proceed.
First time at Springfield Dental Clinic. I found everyone very friendly and helpful. I'm not comfortable visiting the dentist, but Oonagh was very good at explaining things and made the visit as stress free as possible. So far, so good.
JW the nhs dentist is so kind, caring, gentle and understanding, I couldn't wish for a better person to treat me as I am dental phobic. My treatment was explained in great detail and she constantly checked on me as I shook like a jelly in the chair. Reception staff were also very helpful afterwards ensuring I was ok before I left
Always a good service and super friendly. My dentist always asks about me and my life and is genuinely interested in her clients. Makes going to the dentist as stress free as possible, not that I do get stressed going to Springfield. Highly recommend here.
I went to this dentist after a recommendation on Facebook. I was a very nervous patient knowing I had a lot of work that needed doing. The dentist was so patient and kind and I felt she understood my worries and was very reassuring that she could help me. Excellent experience. Very glad I went here. Highly recommended!
I visited Springfield Guiseley today for a planned replacement filling . I don't usually feel this way, but I felt nervous about my pending treatment. I mentioned it to Oonagh and we discussed which part of the process was causing these feelings. I felt reassured, my anxiety reducing. After the local anaesthetic, I was almost asleep for the rest of the process! I didn't feel one second of pain or discomfort through any of it. I want to say a very big thank you to Oonagh & Anna, for what turned into a pleasant experience. You were brilliant as were Katie and Melissa on reception. I had an amazing experience today at Springfield Dental Clinic. I have booked dental hygiene with Sam and I was very pleased with the procedures. Sam and his colleague made me feel welcomed, he explained everything to me beforhand and he also answered the questions I had. The outcome is even better than I expected, my teeth never felt more cleaner, they definitely look whiter! I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.
I recently moved to this dental practice after being unhappy with my previous place and from the very first phone call I could tell I was going to be in safe hands; the lady I spoke to was very friendly, gentle in her approach and seemed happy in her job (not something you tend to feel from a lot of medical receptionists!) My first treatment was somewhat of an emergency during lockdown and it was handled with complete compliance and with everyone’s safety in mind; the friendliness and professionalism continued throughout my visit and the dentistry was fantastic. All the team at Springfield have been amazing. I'd like to thank them for their excellent treatment that they have provided me over the years (and my most recent appointment last week). They offer both great advice and service. I feel they always take the time and provide you with the right level of information to help you make the decision that is right for you. First class !
