   Visited today to buy school shoes. The shop assistant was really helpful and obviously very customer focused. However, his supervisor should be re-trained in customer service. Apparently deliveries are more important than getting shoes for a customer to buy.

   Very disappointed with the young unprofessional staff. Despite the fact that it is their duty to help customers, they have been rude and only after half an hour of waiting and getting the manager involved, I succeeded to get my problem solved when it could have been done in just couple of minutes only if they would have been cooperative. I used to be a regular customer of this shop but lately they lack so much on the services sector that it made me change my mind and consider other shops...

   As a woman myself at the moment and for the past years Deichmann is the best place to get shoes for me. I wear a 43-44 shoes size and they got it. But not only the size, but the stylish design too. Thank you Deichmann and thank you to the staff in Hemel that is always so nice to find time to answer my silly questions.

   I hadn't been in for quite a long time, nothing seemed changed though. However, I didn't see anything that I would have bought happily. I was looking for a pair of black shoes for work or smart black trainer. I was surprised to realise that not one pair if shoes/trainers was to my liking. Had I not been before, and satisfied with my purchase, I doubt I would visit again ..

   Good shoes at great prices! Have previously bought my teenage daughter the branded trainers she wanted for half the price of my more local outlet shop. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
