Store is permanently closed, but hasn’t updated its Google listing. Would have been helpful to know this before I drove here.
The service is always below par, never more than 2 members of staff at a time and when the store is full of customers they only serve one at a time even it means staring in silence while somebody is trying on shoes. After finally getting someone’s attention to pick up our order we got home to discover that they gave us someone else’s shoes which resulted in having to drive back to the store to collect the correct order.
Nice collection of formal shoes for school or office. Staff are very helpful and will give you a very nice fit for your feet. Very recommended.
Since I was a child I have had my shoes from Clarks and there absolutely amazing shoes so comfy so to be able to get my 1 year old a pair was brilliant
The staff here take their time with you. Ensuring you get the right product for yiur requirement. Especially good with fitting children's shoes. Reccomended.
