   Booked a facial for my step daughter, the prices are very reasonable. Larissa the owner is a lovely lady and very knowledgeable about hair and beauty. I'm very excited to book their new hair spa treatments coming soon. I had my nails done by Sarah who was really great, she has a true holistic therapy approach and the lovely little nail gift bag was such a nice touch at the end of my builder gel and nail polish. Looking forward to going back. It's a one stop women's dream here.

   I called Lerissa’s to see if they could help tidy my daughters nails up before school. Without hesitation I was welcomed into the salon. Everyone treated my daughter wonderfully. Thank you Lerissa. We will definitely be coming back

   I went to this hairdresser a few years ago before my wedding. I wanted a violet shade with silver/ violet tones. When I say she ruined my hair she absolutely ruined my hair. She bleached it to the extent that for months my hair was breaking off and falling out and it has taken me 4 years to grow out the mess I was left in. Oh and it was nowhere near what I wanted it was an old lady grey… so after spending about £200 and having treatments I didn’t need, I had to pay another hairdresser to sort the mess out 5 days before my wedding. Looking back should have gone to trading standards but I didn’t but it was one extra stress I didn’t need a few days before my wedding! Absolutely would not recommend!

   I was booked in to see Lerissa for a full hair weave and hairline relaxer and my experience from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, where I live there is limited access to decent afro hairdressers. When Lerissa first started to take out my existing weave we discovered that the back of my hair had become matted and congealed because the hairdresser in Scotland hadn’t been washing it properly. Most hairdressers would have been tempted to cut my hair or rip apart the matted bits, but Lerissa was extremely patient in detangling my hair so that I experienced no hair loss. I was so pleased with the end result and I can’t wait to come back.

   So happy with the outcome of my daughters hair, friendly welcoming atmosphere, and lerissa has done my daughters braids, better than shes ever had them anywhere else, with so much patience and attention to perfection! HIGHLY reccommend, this will be the only place i will take my daughter now

   Booked an appointment. I arrived on time to find the doors locked. I called only to be informed that she had popped out and lost track of time and could I come back later? My reply was NO. I have mobility issues and had walked there and was now in pain but thought I could rest whilst having a hair cut then would be fit enough to return. Instead I had to call my husband to collect me. I would not use or recommend this service...

   Me and my mother booked in for a treatment a week in advance. Whilst there my mother was persuaded to dye her grey patches which she agreed to. I was advised the process would take approx 2 hours, 2.5 hours later, all that had been done was my hair washed and the treatment applied. I advised I had work shortly and did not anticipate that it would take this long so I had to leave the salon with the treatment still on and only half the job done. Lerissa provided no apology and still charged me £55 for basically a hair wash! She stated a treatment takes 2 hours, yet 2.5 hours later, I was still only half way through. Despite my mothers hair taking longer, I expected to be completed 2 hours later. The reason for the delay was that she booked in another client whilst we were there leaving us for almost an hour untouched! When I text her after I left to tell her how upset I was and how I didn't know how she could charge me £55 as her website says £30, I received no apology and just that the extra is for the finish that she did not do! Disgusting service, I will not return, there is a reason there is only a handful of reviews on here. This is not the first time she had over charged me, website states £45 for retouch, she tried to charge me £70. AVOID!

   Lerissa does both myself and my daughters hair. She is a perfectionist and is always so helpful with helping me learn how to maintain my daughters hair myself at home. She uses quality products and her salon is modern and clean. She also does both Afro Caribbean and European hair. Since moving to Walsall I haven't found a salon that I really liked untill giving Lerissa a try. We won't be going anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend her services!!!

   Lerissa is an exceptional hairdresser. She takes time to listen and understand what the client wants and needs. Lerissa Marie hair spa is a warm, inviting and very beautiful spa. I would recommend to everyone, i left feeling absolutely beautiful and very satisfied. Great prices.. great atmosphere.
