I came early for a walk in today on the off chance off having a wash/cut/blow dry. Paige listened to how I like to have my hair and did a stunning job. It feels soft bouncy and healthy again. Thank you Paige!
Great experience, plus I really appreciate the healthy, vegan hair care products including hair colours. It’s been several months now and the colour lasts really well and in between visits, my hair feels very healthy and I’m also very happy with the way Paige revived my layers. Great for blowdries too, looking fab for at least 3 days afterwards, so it’s well worth it. If you care for your health and wellbeing, you should definitely consider a vegan salon and these are super rare, plus such a knowledgeable, skilful, classy and talented stylist. I am very impressed and look forward to my next appointment. 100% value. Totally recommend, very relaxing experience, great experience and a lovely salon.
Lovely salon, Paige dyed my hair black and it looks amazing. The hair dye she uses is non-irritating and looks beautiful. Would highly recommend, I've already come back for roots and I'm always happy with the results.
Been seeing Paige for my hair for a few years now, and I could not recommend her or Amy more. They are both highly skilled and knowledgeable, the salon is always clean and tidy too. Paige puts up with the damage I inflict on my hair and revives it beautifully. Go-to for vegan and cruelty-free hairdressing!
I’ve always used PDB hair for their organic and vegan products but also because Paige is lovely and friendly and always makes my hair look beautiful. The salon is lovely and always clean and tidy. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I've been coming to Paige for years and will never go anywhere else. I travel over an hour to get here but it's totally worth it. Paige always talks me through every stage of what she's going to be doing so that I have a complete overview of what I'll end up with...even though I trust her implicitly! Using the Oway products has been mind blowing, my hair feels conditioned after a colour, which is totally the opposite to how it would feel years ago when I would have a chemical colour in a salon. I would recommend Paige, Amy and the salon to everybody if you want a great cut or colour in a friendly, relaxed setting!
Having visited on my second appointment with Paige today, I was again welcomed openly and remembered from my previous visit, Paige who is wonderful at her craft and explained fully again, with advice about my Colour and how best to deal with my greys. Gave my a lovely shorter modern style, which has done wonders. After my first visit I was truly amazed at the complement’s I received . So thank you Paige. Highly recommend. I booked an appointment for balayage as after years of being bleach blonde I wanted to let my dark blonde roots grow out but keep my hair light at the ends. The photo I used to show how i wanted my hair had dark roots blended into lighter blonde ends and was also light around her face which was what I wanted. The stylist explained to me what she planned to do using a darker colour at the top and blending into a lighter blonde at the tips. When the colour was washed off I could see it was darker than expected and the samples I had been shown - my roots and tips seemed more or less the same colour. When my hair was curled and styled I did think it might be okay so I paid and left(they also mentioned I was sitting in the darkest spot in the salon and so my hair seemed darker). Once I got home I realised that my hair was actually all the same colour and there wasn’t really any dimension to it at all. I phoned the salon to express I wasn’t happy but the owner just kept giving me excuses and reasons why my hair hadn’t turned out as I expected and being quite rude at times. I asked if I could have some of the money back as I had essentially paid £150 to have my hair dyed brown and would have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere but she refused. It is frustrating that she refused to accept any responsibility for my hair turning out the way it did and just made excuses for how it turned out. I felt I was blamed for not liking it rather than her simply acknowledging that i didn't get what i asked and paid for. If what I asked for was not achievable then that should have at least been explained to me prior rather than charging me £150 for something that I didn’t get.
After suffering severe allergic reactions to shop bought and normal salon hair dyes I started going to PDB Hair salon after googling organic hair salon as it's the only one in Birmingham. Prices are reasonable considering the products used are organic and natural which is great for the hair. Paige is such a lovely , bubbly and down to earth person. She makes you feel really relaxed and comfortable, I always leave the salon feeling amazing! I always get compliments after getting my hair done and definitely recommend her to everyone.
