Visited Derek at the Salon for the first time today! Fantastic service! Extremely knowledgeable about hair, he clearly has a passion for it. He took his time, educated me on my hair type and it was a joint consultation with his skills. I had the BEST Blow-dry I have ever had , if it wasn't for the rain I would have left with it as such! I had the pleasure of visiting the Orb hair salon for a restyle of my long, think hair recently. Derek was attentive, listened to my ideas and made some suggestions - the result - long dull hair transformed into a long, layered look that flattered my face and added movement and body to my hair. A few weeks later, my hair is still easy to manage and I'm very happy with the cut. Thanks Derek - I'll be back :)

Reconnected after many years and never finding a hairdresser to compare. Not only is Derek extremely professional but he knows his stuff and his staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The salon is clean, bright and comfortable and services are on point. Cannot recommend enough!
