   Amazing and professional salon! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. My hairdresser was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and she took the time to listen to my needs and preferences before starting to work on my hair. She offered some great suggestions and recommendations that ultimately resulted in a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, my hairdresser was very friendly and approachable, and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. She was also very detail-oriented and precise, which showed in the final result. My hair looked and felt amazing, and I received many compliments from friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-notch professional experience. The stylist skills, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor are truly exceptional, and I look always look forward to my next appointment.

   Absolutely awful experience with this salon. Told them what I wanted which they said they could do but the results were hideous. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into 7 hours as they had to rectify their error. My scalp was on fire and I was so distressed. Surely it is a legal obligation by the business to do a colour strand test for all new clients. All I was offered was a patch skin test. To add insult a member of staff had a very bad attitude towards me and tried to make out it was the previous hairdressers fault, clearly this was to try and get away from their own mistakes. I'm sorry but this salon and certain staff members are not professional at all. I certainly will not be using them again after they ruined my hair and that is putting it politely. I would never recommend them to anyone else either. Worse experience of my life. I don't normally give reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to so no one else goes through what I did.

   It was my 1st time here, popped in on the off chance and the fitted my in straight away. Katie done my cut and blow dry, absolutely brilliant, and i walked out feeling like a princess. I will will defiantly be returning to this salon.
