Having been ill and not been able to go for some months they very kindly saw me in the downstairs’ surgery when normally my dentist is upstairs. Brilliant surgery and lovely friendly team all round
I recommend this practice, it had friendly staff, is a lovely well maintained building, and managed to fit me in quickly when I needed a semi-urgent appointment. Sam the dentist was really friendly, professional, and polite and explained everything really well during the procedure. I felt really at ease throughout.
I Hadn’t visited a dentist before this so was rather nervous however everyone was very kind and clearly and efficiently guided me through my treatment. In the end I’m glad I came and would recommend this dentist to anyone.
Today was an emergency apt and I saw Fiona, who isn’t my usual dentist. She was so lovely. She welcomed me into the room, introduced herself and her nurse, then explained to me what she was going to do. She understood just how nervous I was and got her nurse to hold my hand. They were both so kind and kept talking to me throughout, which really helped with my breathing and also helped me to relax. Yes, I will still be nervous about the dentist! But a lot less nervous after today. Coins also explained how I might feel after the numbing injection wore off, which was very reassuring as I did experience some of the symptoms she described and was able to follow her advice without worrying something was wrong. 10/10. I cannot recommend Acorn Villas enough. Their reception staff are also all so kind and friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
First time visiting the dentist and first dentist appointment for my 18 month old little girl! What a lovely warm welcome from Sara and Caroline at the reception and great service from Chris and Hannah they made us feel very at ease! We very much look forward to returning :)
The staff here are so friendly and reassuring. Everything is extremely clean and very well run. Thanks to Jennifer Spurrett and Evie for taking such good care of me yesterday. It's not often you laugh in the Dentist's chair!
First time visit to Acorn Dentists in Ilkley, I can’t recommend the team enough, they were absolutely amazing from the lovely lady on the phone (Jen I believe her names was) through to Chris the Dentist and here wonderful nurse. I can’t thank them enough for looking after me. For someone who is terrified of the dentist the fear of going was awful but I couldn’t have been looked after better, so much so I’ve now registered as a patient. Thank you
Very pleased with my beautiful gold crown. I appreciate a dentist who is pro active in looking after my teeth and makes me feel completely confident. Dr Bhella made me feel relaxed (I am an anxious dental patient) and I felt very comfortable with the teamwork between him and the dental nurse staff. Reception staff are lovely too. Thankyou.
Acorn Dental Centre has been my dentist for over 20 years. The service has always been outstanding and just seems to get better with each year that passes. The staff are so lovely and our dentist is so kind, friendly and incredibly patient. Fantastic with children too! I cannot recommend enough.
