    Lovely salon, first time with Kate, was very disappointed to pay £47.95 for a dry cut! I still have split ends, which I'd asked specifically for these to be cut out. I couldn't have it washed due to a back fracture, was advised when I booked I would have a wet cut, but Kate said she'd just cut it dry, disappointed to pay this much, when I was there for just over 30 minutes. I wont be returning, did try phoning several times to query the price, but no answer, left messages too, but no call back! I should of queried it at the time, I know, but was in pain & wanted to get home. Not happy, i'm afraid.

    It’s always a pleasure visiting Stevensons, and I always leave delighted with results. Kate is a stylist and colourist extraordinaire. I trust her implicitly; she’s precise and takes her time getting things just right. Thanks also to Grace (for a spectacular head massage) and Poppy. This is a fantastic local, independent salon. Highly recommended!

    I am really impressed with this salon. I have had consultation with Julie regarding colour treatment. I am a natural.blonde but in my autumn years the back of my hair is so dark. I want the colour lifting but still to look natural.had a scan of my follicles, a conditioning treatment. Next appt colour and cut. She explains every stage of the process. I feel confident in her hands. Posted photo of before. Watch this space for the after.

    I home bleached for years and my hair wouldn't grow and was broken. Went here for 6 months before my wedding and can't believe the difference. Great treatments and stylists meant my hair is strong and shiny again, actually growing, and a nice shade of blonde for a change!

    I live in London but prefer to wait until I’m back in Birmingham visiting family to get my hair done here, as the service is second to none. I’ve been going for a number of years, I’m always last min booking in so have had a few different hairdressers (Ellie, Kate etc.) all of whom are excellent. A special mention to Sarah, she’s the glue that keeps the place running! It’s very hard to find efficient, proactive staff who genuinely care - I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have her! A all round a first class team. Thanks all.
