   Charlotte did a beautiful job on hair sorely in need of TLC; I felt completely refreshed afterwards and my hair looked so much better. The lady whose name I sadly didn't catch who took care of washing my hair was very gentle and thorough (much appreciated for this sensitive scalp), and I was immediately made to feel welcome throughout. Wonderful experience!

   First time using the Salon and am so pleased I have. Had my hair cut and highlighted by Giorgia who was wonderful. I have greying hair and wanted a low maintenance colour to help blend my natural grey. She did a great job and although I said towards the end of the procedure that I was having a mild panic attack as it was such a change. I actually love it. Everyone one I met in the salon was friendly and welcoming and I will certainly be back so that I can maintain the lovely work Giorgia did.

I was very nervous about my visit as I was feeling very self conscious about my thin hair. She really made me feel at ease, and she also gave me some great tips on how to manage my hair.
