Front tire was unfortunately irreparable due to a screw. It's good to know that a replacement was fitted promptly. The service was provided at a decent price. This kind of efficient resolution is always valued. Thank you for the quick response
Only 1 star because you can't leave 0....lets begin, please read, its long... I booked a reduced fee MOT online as like we all do in today's rise incosts,we try to save money. Arrived on said day/time to be told there were no MOT testers in (sickness & day off which we accepted and no contact number held, but they would've had my email to let me know, but hey ho!) Re-booked 2 days later. Arrived on said day/time, left car and advised to return in 1 hour. On return, informed that the MOT tester had refused to carry out the MOT as the petrol fuel light had started flashing. Even though there was mileage still available, and also even when I agreed to nip over the road (literally over the road) to quickly top up the fuel. This was still refused. Now getting annoyed. 3rd date booked in 2 days time arranged! This time I sat and waited. After 45 mins or so I was told our car had failed its MOT. Major fail on both front suspension arms, Minor on track rod end, Advisory on exhaust leaking & service brakes (bear in mind the brakes & service was only done in May 25! ) Quoted £315-£340 just for suspension arms alone.! Knowing this not to be the case, we re-booked our car at a reputable garage of which I had always used before (note to self, don't book a discounted MOT just to save some pennies!) Surprise, surprise, car passed the MOT with NO ISSUES, and with the technician citing the 'apparently failed points' not even worthy of advisories. They even even pointed out 2 nails in 2 of my tyres to keep an eye on (one which my partner knew about) but both of which were NOT found by this garages MOT tester! Luckily, my partner is an ex MOT tester with 35 years experience, he always maintains our cars and so we knew there should've been no issues. However, anyone else could easily believe what is being told to them and pay up! I feel we were being ripped off without a doubt, but also messed around in the process leading up to this. Safe to say we will not be returning to this shoddy excuse of a place. Discounted MOT's aren't always the way forward as they will look to recoup the cost! Stick with where you normally go, but if you're looking for somewhere, don't go here either!

Very poor service. I booked a slot on the 2nd October, and paid online for two tyres to be fitted at their Wheatley Hall Road Branch, Doncaster on Monday 6th October. They took my money straight away, no problem. When it came to the Monday of having the job done, they call me and said that the tyre fitting machine was broken, and had been for a few days, and that they were waiting on a repair engineer. I explained that the tyres were needed for a Wednesday MOT. They said that they could reschedule for the next day, but they couldn't guarantee that it would go ahead. So when something isn't available, why allow it to be booked? Secondly, you're supposed to be a big family run nationwide business, but you only have one machine that is allegedly broken! I told them to cancel the job as it was no use to me not knowing if they were going to do it or not. I went to a small local business for two tyres, supply and fit, no booking in advance, two machines working, two tyres fitted without any drama. I won't be wasting my time with Formula One again, I'll stick with the small businesses that value their customers. I'm also waiting for my money back, I've had no correspondence from them stating anything about that.
Absolute joke of a place. Cost me £800+ to fix issues with my car, only for them to damage a brake fluid pipe and for them to leave a tool on my engine! When I took it back for them to fix the problem they created, no one seemed bothered by the fact they’d left the tool on my engine more so the fact that someone had used it. Then took 3 days to get my car back after being told each morning what the issue was and would take “a few hours” and “be ready by the end of the day”. I’d encourage everyone to avoid!
When they’re paying attention they’re great but over the past year or two it’s got worse, not sure if they’re just too busy but I’ve had full services with liquids not topped up, ask for something to be looked at during a service and they write it down but don’t do it, and recently paid for MOT & brake fluid change, along with free spring health check, they only did the MOT and had to refund the fluid a few days later because I noticed on the way home the brakes felt the same and rang them to ask if they’d done it. Sad really, used them for maybe 6 years or more but may be time to find another garage.
Booked online for MOT arrived this morning a bit earlier than the 15 mins requested in the e-mail, met by a really nice man who opened the door for me! Lovely lady on reception already had my paperwork out, I sat in the waiting room which had the TV on and was nice and warm, another man came and shut the door to make sure it stayed warm, car was taken in early, MOT done and finished came straight through to let me know it was done, running outside the door so the car was lovely and warm when I got in, cannot speak highly enough of the garage and the team who work there, polite, friendly and professional I am new to the area so this was the first time I have used them but will not be the last, will be my go to garage from now on, thank you,
Can't rate this place highly enough. Always really friendly (great music taste too). Are up front and honest and talk you through any costs you might have you weren't expecting! Great team!
The lads couldn't do enough for you, very helpful. The weather was against them but got the job done without any hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone. MOT will be booked here this week. Great team work by all involved.
Always used the Doncaster depot for tyres and aircon etc. Just had 4 tyres fitted and was amazed how cocky and arrogant the staff were, not rude but just cocky and arrogant as in we're the experts and your just a punter. F1 are providing a service and are happy to take my £512, left the wheels and tyres looking like a banger car, a quick rub round with a rag wouldn't have gone a miss. The sad thing is that I've recommended numerous people to go there. I'm probably going to have to rethink this and probably recommend people not to go there.
