   I was referred to U Dentistry for root canal & my appointment was with Alyn. I'm not sure that's who I saw because he didn't introduced himself. I'm really frightened of the dentist & have never had this procedure before. I was in the chair just half an hour & it didn't hurt, it was just uncomfortable. Alyn & the nurse barely spoke, never asked if I was ok or told me what was going on, other than the bare minimum. When I told the nurse I was scared, she said I was in good hands & didn't apeak again.I felt like a number in a queue, not someone paying £910 for half an hours treatment. They were not rude, just not personable or sympathetic. I had to sit in my car & have a bit of a cry before I could drive home. The reception staff were friendly. I'm sure he did a good job but a smile & a friendly word doesn't cost anything.

   I returned for a root canal review with Alyn Morgan as I’m one of the unlucky few that still gets sensation around the tooth after treatment. The root canal itself was done to a very high standard and still looks exactly the same on X-ray 3 years later. I highly recommend Alyn. He immediately put me at ease and I felt reassured that the root canal itself wasn’t an issue. I am such an anxious person when it comes to dental work and both times I have seen Alyn it has been a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back should I need a future root filling.

   I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Martin Harris. Top experience all round — we had a few teething issues with my implant — literally and metaphorically — but Dr Martin took these in his stride and was extremely accommodating and did not charge extra. Fair service, fair prices — you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

I have a complicated blood disorder that makes these appointment slightly trickier but her care and attention and professionalism calms me and makes the whole experience easier.    A few years ago, I had an implant done at U Dentistry during a time when I was pretty stressed and unsure about the whole thing. Martin was absolutely brilliant — he reassured me every step of the way and made me feel like I was genuinely in safe hands. They even played Cher during the procedure to help calm my nerves (which, surprisingly, worked wonders!). It’s been 4 years now, and the implant is still going strong — no issues at all. A big thank you to the team for their care, humour, and professionalism. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, from the reception desk to the dentist's chair. I saw Dr Alyn Morgan for a retreatment of a failed root canal treatment done elsewhere. He has a great deal of technical skill and even a general dentist friend of mine was impressed when I told him how he sorted the tooth out. No hidden fees for treating a complex tooth or extra canals as you'll find elsewhere. I'm very grateful that the tooth has been saved and for the polite and professional service. I would have no issues recommending Dr Morgan to any of my friends or family. Thanks!

   Morgan is arrogant and unprofessional. His skills and knowledge base are not up to date. There are specialist endodontists nearby that are world's apart from this place. Best avoided.

   Alyn Morgan's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. He did not listen to my concerns and was bereft of empathy. Instead he displayed a disconcerting level of partisanship, echoing an incorrect diagnosis from my previous dental practice for whom he used to work. I have since been correctly diagnosed by Dr Chan at SDC, Ilkley, and am all the better for it. Jill, the practice manager is a wonderful asset to UDentistry, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Mr Morgan.

   Fantastic service! Very professional and worth the price. Alyn Morgan is an absolute marvel. I'd recommend him to anyone who's had issues regarding root canals/crown issues. I had a severe issue with a large lump on my gum above a root canal/crown going back 7 years. Alyn was brilliant and managed to clean my root canal and stop the infection. His attitude, professionalism and speed was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back here again. Literally whoever is reading this, visit this practice as it's the best I have ever been to.
