   I've been coming here for years and every single visit has been a great experience. The service is consistently great and I always leave feeling happy. I book in advance and order my extensions, which are perfectly coloured, prepped, and ready for a seamless install every time. It makes the whole process smooth and stress-free knowing everything is taken care of. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, welcoming, and peaceful — a true escape from the hustle and bustle. I call it my 'hair spa' as I always completely switch off and unwind. There is genuine time and attention given, regardless of the style or service you're after. There's never a sense of being rushed and both Dawn and Danica are so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They really go the extra mile to ensure you leave feeling your absolute best.

   This is a great hairdressers. I would recommend it to everyone with afro hair. The staff are friendly and professional. There are no long waiting times. Their prices are reasonable. Also great with my teenage daughters hair too. I'm one happy customer!

   A relative of mine booked an appointment in March. She went today all excited about getting her hair done, but ended up leaving extremely disappointed! She explained and showed the so called stylist a picture of the style she wanted. She was washed, curled and left under the dryer for 3 hours! Yes 3 hours what damage has that done to your hair. She was told that the appointment would be done by 1pm but never left till 4pm. The style she wanted ended up being totally wrong, and looking like she had just been dragged through a hedge after getting out of bed! and nothing like the picture. At a cost of £70! In my opinion if the stylist couldn't do the style then she should have said so and not waste my relatives time and money. She will not be going back to Studio Omega even though she has been going to the shop for years. The owner Dawn has a preference for short hair styles and not long as she prefers to work and style customers with that cut. It wasn't Dawn who styled her hair but her daughter who seems to have the same attitude. Omega.... Meaning that God includes all. This doesn't seem to be the case at Studio Omega! Not very charitable for Christian owners, they should be ashamed of how they are treating their customers. We are all going through the same thing with covid and yes businesses have closed permanently with a total loss but you still have your business and trying to recoup what you've lost. But to rob people of their money when a job is not done correctly is wrong! I believe honesty is the best policy and that it should help people to grow within their business and within themselves.

   The hairdresser and her daughter were extremely rude and hostile to my mother. My mother has a sensitive scalp and they gave her chemical burns. We have yet to see the long term damaged caused. She did not even put a base on her scalp which is extremely basic. They cut out a lot of healthy new growth and the final cut is not even. When my mother told them it was burning, she was accused of lying. The daughter just said to her that to look beautiful you must experience pain. I personally do not think that is acceptable, no apology was given. I would suggest going if you don't value your edges or like hairdressers that don't value healthy hair, natural or not.
