Was attended to bang on time of my appointment, Martha knew exactly what i wanted from our previous consultation. Although i didnt achieve what i wanted in my first appointment, Martha was able to give another appointment the very next day and was able to then acheive my desired look with no added extra charges. Girls are all lovely, service was fast and i was looked after. Thank you so much!”

A well known Italian hairdresser asked me who the hairdresser was who did my haircut, he said he wanted to meet her. He was impressed by the mastery of the volumes and the finish of the cut. “I had my hair done from Jay Sanghera (found on instagram) which I am over the moon about ! My hair looks and feels amazing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, which was to go a lighter cool brown from box dyed hair. I was super nervous as I had past bad experiences but Jay made me feel reassured and like I was in good hands, he asked me questions to understand exactly what I wanted which I haven’t had before ! the service was amazing throughout, he gave me a remote for the tv while my toner was on , offered drinks & food . I left the salon feeling like a celeb and absolutely loving the colour he created. on top of that he is a great talkative person ! overall 5* service”
