    Whilst DD seemed knowledgeable, the service completely fell apart when things went wrong, the extensions she put in had blue dye on them and damaged my clothes, instead of taking responsibility, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I asked her to wash the hair again to ensure there was no residue and she refused. I expected a professional response and a solution sadly, I did not receive this. Customer service is just as important as skill, and unfortunately, this salon failed in that area. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values both quality work and good customer care.

    I want to share my experience with this lovely Lady. I've got a special needs daughter and I brought her to this salon a week ago to have her braids done. When I say that I felt welcome since the first moment, there were not uncomfortable, "weird" looks towards my daughter (happened in the past with people who don't understand that AUTISM is a real thing apparently). This lovely lady treated my child with the same sweetness a mother treats her own. THANK YOU LOVELY!

    Had a good experience here today. The lady was lovely and fixed my hair which now feels a lot more secure as a previous stylist had fitted my hair incorrectly. Now I can wash my hair without it falling out and style it without worrying about it falling out. I will be back for her to do my hair again xx
