Gone down hill lately, overpriced considering it needs a refurb looks like something out of the 60’s. Staff make it okay

I have been going to Charleez for many years now, having tried a lot of other salons in the past, but they just didn't compare. Lisa cuts and colours my hair perfectly and I am never disappointed. I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman! The atmosphere that Jane and Lisa create is so friendly and welcoming, you feel like family the moment you step inside. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks girls!
Went yesterday first time women was ok at first but then she kept talking to someone by me she waa very rough with my hair running her long nails in my scalp which was very uncomfortable didnt say anything to her at the time what annoyed me was she kept talking to this random.lady next to me and wasn't even concentrating on what she ws doing to my hair only to get home and the sides of my hair was uneven know I'm having to go to my normal hairdresser to ger it sorted out will not cone backk here again only came because my hair dressers was fully booked and I have waiting for ages for a cut
Lovely experience had a lovely chat and laugh lady's are amazing polite and very friendly can't fault this place one but highly recommend plus my hair looked and felt so much better as I mistreated it for so long due to not putting myself first since having a baby but amazing job was done x
