I just moved to the area and went to find a salon. I was looking for one that could help me deal with some very serious hair trauma. This place came highly recommended by word of mouth. I walked in off the street today with no appointment. The staff, especially the owner Charles, welcomed me with kind words and no judgement. They took time to make sure I was comfortable, and they worked diligently to help me restore my hair to the best possible condition. They were compassionate and friendly. I immediately made a follow-up appointment in 8 weeks time.
I’ve been looking for someone to deal with my hair for years, never quite found the right one. I came to Charles Russell last week and since then all I’ve had is comments about my hair - how lovely the colour is, how lovely the curls are. I’m super happy and I’m super happy to say I’ve found my hair dressers forever!

Great staff, good haircuts etc
I have never paid more then 12 quid for a hair cut and I decided to take advantage of the 50% off your first hair cut at Russell Charles. My experience here has totally changed my opinion of cheap hair cuts, everyone was super friendly, I was offered drinks and magazines while waiting, I was not rushed through and I now feel paying the extra money for a good decent haircut and experience is totally worth it.
