Huge thank you to the lady who came to my rescue and cut my son's hair who is so difficult I was thinking he'd never have it cut again. She had back to back bookings all day with no lunch break and quickly cut his hair for me I am beyond grateful thank you so much! Fantastic service and she was absolutely amazing with my son
I’m originally from Rubery but now live in Tokyo with my family, and every summer me and the boys (4 & 1) come stay with my parents, and when I saw Trimz & Tantrumz, I thought it would be perfect for the boys to have their summer haircut here! Tash was absolutely amazing and so good with the boys, so friendly and gave me some great advice about the boys hairstyles. I’ll be sure to make an appointment every year ❤️
I was let down the night before my sons app somewhere else and I was very stressed with only 2 days untill our holiday but tash was a superstar and stayed open late to squeeze us in even though they were fully booked. Can not thank her enough the place is amazing and I'm sure after a few times my son will love having his hair cut! She's amazing with kids and i would recommend this shop all day long!
Great experience today with lovely Tash. She was brilliant! So calm and helpful. My 2 year old son wouldn't let anyone touch his hair so it had gotten really long but within the first 5 minutes with Tash he was calm and let her give him a full haircut! We'll definitely be back.
Took my 3yr old for his first ever hair cut. Tash was so patient and welcoming and made sure he was happy sitting in his Thomas the tank engine chair and had Peppa pig on the TV. Then proceeded to praise how nicely he sat throughout his hair cut. The result was brilliant and Tash told him he had hair like Batman which made his day. We had the first haircut package so he also hot a fab certificate and a balloon . I'm sure you will agree with the pics below what a lovely job Tash did Thankyou.
My boys absolutely love it here!! We always leave satisfied with the boys cuts and service we recieved. Quite honestly this is the only salon my eldest son will go to and so as a result this is the same for my youngest. The lady tash is absolutely amazing, she shows an interest and talks to both parent and child/children. I'm shocked to see poor reviews about this salon as this salon in Rubery by far goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.
