   Told wife to come back in 30 mins for dry cut. Wife returned sat in the chair stylist refused to do dry cut and told wife person who cut her hair before did it wrong and needed a wet cut restyle and said wouldn't put name to cut and refused to cut my wife's hair claiming didn't have time. I rang to complain about poor service and got excuses and got a woman on the phone basically accusing my wife of lying and claiming stylist didn't refuse to do it. They also claimed they were busy lies 1 person in chair 1 waiting to me that's not busy. Unprofessional company my advice go elsewhere.
