I saw Dee as a first time patient - I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Dee is very calming and caring, in a very relaxing atmosphere. All the staff are very efficient and friendly. I also had to book an appointment for the hygienist for a clean - not always a pleasant experience when you have sensitive teeth. Jessica the hygienist was very kind and informative, and Liz the nurse very pleasant. Both visits very relaxed and top class care received. Cannot speak highly enough of my care received. I went for a root canal treatment with George and was extremely nervous. He put me at ease straight away, he explained exactly what he was going to do step by step so there were no surprises. He checked if I was ok throughout the procedure and kept reassuring me which helped massively. It was a very positive experience. As always all the staff at Shine were lovely and very helpful.
