My hair always looks amazing after visiting HairFix. I had boxed black dyed hair for several years, Mel got my hair blonde, took her time without causing any damage and getting the desired results I wanted. I've found my go-to guru in Sophie! From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew I was in good hands. The attention to detail, the listening ear, and the magic she worked on my locks... I'm absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they both truly careabout making you feel like royalty. I've never left the salon feeling more confident and Happy. My partner tried to book a last minute appointment, she understood that it was a long shot, for the time of year,..but the girl on the reception desk was beyond rude... Didn't even say hello, didn't even look up from the reception desk.. just rudely blurted out... 'Nope were busy you've got no chance until, the end off Jan" She's didn't even ask what she wanted.. Customers in the salon were just staring at her.. she felt extremely embarrassed with way she was just spoken to by the member of staff. Poor customer service.. and just a rude person.
