First visit today after putting off a long overdue cut. Lucy quickly put me at ease and was very attentive throughout. Highly recommend and will be back soon to keep on top of my newly tamed hairstyle.

The highlights in my wife's hair were supposed to be blonde and turned out to be different shades of orange. Also the layers in her hair were uneven. Friends, family and colleagues commented that it looked like a trainee had done her hair. After complaining she got her refund of £65 but it took £120 to correct the damage. Still waiting for the manager to return her call. Totally disappointed !!!!
