Service was great, very friendly and nice! My hair came out so cute even though I’ve bleached and box dyed it a ton of times. The stylist was super nice too. Will definitely come here again!!

I’ve been coming here a few times now! I absolutely love coming here. The girls are so lovely. Frankie does an amazing job on my hair and always makes me feel welcome. Atmosphere in general is lovely. Today, Frankie just went above and beyond. I mean the pictures say it all, this is all in one sitting! (Pictures attached) I absolutely love it! Me and my daughter have been going to Sophie, Laura and frankie for a number of years and absolutely would recommend volume one to everyone, from the salon itself which is always a warm familiar friendly hub of activity and equally relaxing place to the appointment honest feedback on any hair ideas i have to the stellar results is amazing! You always feel like you've left with a spring in your step and amazing hair!..the kindness, patience and accommodating measures Sophie and Laura take to ensure Harriets (my daughter who has LD) experience is as comfortable is second to none!these ladies are an absolute credit to their profession ❤️

Not satisfied with my hair colour at all as i asked for blonde hair and even shown picture of the colour i wanted but i end up with brownish hair .Before leaving the parlour i did mentioned that i'm not happy but she didn't bother to fix it.Instead of spending that much money to get a brown & orange hair i could buy colour from any store and get it done myself.
I’ve been going to Sophie and Bec for YEARS - I only trust this salon with my hair because they always do a stunning job and give me exactly what I want at a very reasonable price. Today I had a new hairdresser by the name of Laura and I was apprehensive having a new person cut my hair (after having the same girls for 10+ years). Laura did a PHENOMENAL job, I’m very indecisive so she made all the decisions with me whilst being patient and giving me thorough information on how the colour will look and where to cut my fringe etc. I am in love with my new do; (chocolate brown pieces put throughout along with several layers and some curtain bangs), and I will HIGHLY recommend all three ladies as their skills are fab and I’ve never left the salon feeling dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a new salon to try then I’d definitely suggest checking out Volume One - you won’t be disappointed!
This salon is second to none! I always have such an amazing experience there, Sophie is by far one of the nicest stylists I’ve ever had. She is kind, efficient, caring and always gives 110% when it comes to my hair service. The other girls are also lovely and I always leave with a huge smile on my face. The salon is homely, cozy and full of life and it’s a pleasure to be around the staff. I’m always so well looked after there. I’ve given Sophie some huge challenges over the years and she’s always gone above and beyond and exceeded expectations. Have used this salon from day of opening 5 years ago and would never go elsewhere. Since the pandemic in 2020, these girls had it fought but they’ve only ever shown determination to work harder and the salon is always spotless. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re local to the area! ❤️
