I have attended Smheart Hair & Beauty for quite a few years now, always having my hair cut by Heidi. The salon itself is so welcoming and all staff are really friendly. Heidi always cuts my hair fabulously leaving me feeling like I have a new head of hair every time I leave. Smheart Hair & Beauty's prices are excellent for the quality received and I would 100% recommend to anyone!
What a terrible haircut. Although the staff were welcoming and polite that is where the positives end. It took 1 and a half hours for a wash cut and blow dry (my hair is very short) I felt like I was having my haircut by a junior or extremely in experienced stylist. I left the salon in tears and with a short back and sides men's haircut my a feminine pixie cut which is what I normally get. I will never return and would discourage anyone from going there, I have never received such a terrible haircut in my life. At least the stylist had the decency to not charge me for it.
Had my hair done by Heidi again this week who yet again managed to interpret my vague description into something that looked exactly how I wanted it - not easy with my fine, flyaway hair. Always a nice experience at Smheart Hair, the girls are so upbeat and friendly. (Oh and my teenage daughter agrees with me)
I have been a customer for over 15 years and in all of this time i can honestly say that not once have i left this salon with anything but satisfaction. The staff are friendly and welcoming (which in my opinion is a must !), but most of all they are all first class hairdressers. Over the years i have often had to re-arrange my appointments at the last minute due to work commitments and this has NEVER led to a problem. Linda (the owner) has even stayed late to fulfil my appointments.........not many other establishments would do this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smheart Hair to any of my friends - i know they would be treated with warmth and most of all, a top quality haircut ! Keep up the first class work !!
