First time using Phone Gear. I chose this phone repair store based on the reviews that I had read online. And glad I did. This store has excellent customer service. Would Highly recommend, knowledgable, friendly and very efficient. Really pleased with the prices to. Replaced my iPhone front screen, back cover and put in a new charging port. Phone works like new again.

Terrible. Not only did they not fix my phone due to a screen issue, they glued it back together with superglue, rendering the insurance null and void. Do not use.
Took my iPhone XS in at the end of August for a new screen which at £85 was comparitively competitive enough for a new OLED screen it seemed. On repair I was told that on 5% of phones the Face ID would not work once the new screen was fitted and typically I thought, mine turned out to be one of those! Anyway, come the end of November the backlight on the screen Phone Gear had fitted started to fail followed by areas of it which became unresponsive to touch. I took the phone into iSmash in Manchester Arndale under my phone insurance this time and was gobsmacked to be told the screen Phone Gear had fitted was a cheap LCD screen and not an OLED. Furthermore, once iSmash had fitted the new OLED screen low and behold, the Face ID worked again! Basically, Phone Gear ripped me off and that's all there is to say. Take your phone to them at your peril, better still take it somewhere and pay an extra £15 to get it done properly.
