   Hair cut was below average and they didn’t know how to do a blow out. I would have no issue with this if the price matched the standard they offer. The price indicated high quality and knowledgeable stylists, but couldn’t do a blow out. The other person I came with ended up with a choppy haircut which we needed to fix ourselves. I think the price doesn’t represent the quality. The women were very nice though.

   I want to praise this lady for giving me not only my hair back (severely matted and dry) but my confidence and my smile. Kerri-Ann worked tirelessly to make sure I received the best treatment and experience for my hair. I had a lot of length took off it after a treatment to untangle it and save as much as we could. I am forever grateful to have walked into the salon as the one I had just been top refused to do it!!! I was met with open arms and no judgement and will continue to now use this as my regular hairdressers as in the past I have no visited due to my mental health. Thank you to Kerri- Ann and all of Merry Hill Supercuts for being so kind and helpful. 10/10 RECOMMEND

   The booking system was great and easy to use, but it wasn’t time reflective so we still had a while to wait after it said we our slots were ready. Have been left really upset as the stylist has cut off a good chunk, maybe 2-3 inches extra of hair to the described length of my daughter’s hair. The finished style also is not similar to what she wanted and I’m going to have to pay to have this rectified somewhere else. Daughter is really upset with her hair. Hair stylist described her hair as frizzy and it honestly felt like we were being gas lit that it looks different due to texture difference. She has Caucasian hair, it’s hardly frizzy or textured, perhaps wavy at best. We also heard the same stylist bad mouthing the previous client whose hair she had done, like saying her head is too big for the hair cut she had. I should have left then, when customers are talked badly about, in front of other customers. There was no trying to rectify the issue, no apology that she had cut off more than I had said. Honestly baffled that this has happened. Another hair stylist did call me over to check my other daughter’s hair to see if it was okay. This is usual procedure when cutting a child’s hair. We paid full price and as I say there was no offer to try and rectify this or try and make it look better. Not even an apology or owning up to the fact she had cut off way more than I said! It’s very blunt as well. We’ve used the salon when it was on the upper level and found that experience was better. Edit: there is also very poor customer service following complaint, I was assured the manger would call me, they asked for photos and asked me to not go elsewhere so that they could rectify their work…and surprise surprise no call. I would advise people to avoid, mistakes happen I get that. I also have 3 daughters we go to hairdressers a lot! But, to have such poor customer service does say a lot, there’s a hairdressers opposite, or alternatively go to another salon altogether as supercuts charge high end prices for poor results and poor customer care. Also, staff should refrain from bad mouthing customers in front of other customers about their appearance, mean girl energy.

   Nora is the best ✨ She is honestly a one of a kind hairdresser - she is very knowledgeable with hair in terms of textures, colours and styles that suits your skin colour and facial structure. She is super honest and truly cares about the client which I felt from the first consultation. Very happy with my colour and will be coming back to her as my go-to hairdresser!

   5 star service. I get very nervous at hairdressers but Natasha was so patient and lovely. She talked through everything and I nearly fell asleep during my wash! I felt pampered and the online app service is quick and efficient.

   I have really long, thick hair which desperately needed cutting. I had a walk-in wash, cut and blow dry today with Shannon. She had never met me before and spent time asking what I wanted, washed my hair so gently and gave me a such a fab scalp massage! I walked away an hour later looking and feeling fab, I will definitely go here again :-)
