   I visited this place as I couldn’t book appointment on their system but it was showing two appointments. When I got there, I was told sorry no appointments but booked one for the following day. Following day I get there 16 minutes late as there due to parking issues at the centre. The lady refused to cut my hair. I even called them to say I was there but due to Christmas rush parking wasn’t available. The lady who was going to do my hair she said she was finishing at 3pm. My hair job was only 30 minutes according to them. Two wasted journeys to this place. Never again.

   DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! complete rip off staff are rude. my experience was I went in there to fix my hair from another salons mess up was really upset I was reassured they could fix it and I would have my hair matching to the picture I wanted, after going Regis salon I was left again upset as my hair looked nothing like the picture and could not be fixed without bleaching and damaging my hair more...i was told to pay £160, I left in tears and asked to speak to manager, Instead of an apology or offering to fix it or a refund, I have been called by the manager to say I have shown two completely different pictures too the staff (which is a complete LIE) just to cover thereselves ...this is absolutely disgusting, please girls do not waste your money.

   First time using Regis and will definately be back. Going through a rough time at the moment and Amy was very easy to talk to, and she is the first ever hairdresser to give me a hairstyle that I am happy with and dont want to wash right away or instantly place in a ponytail!

   I visited Regis at Merry Hill, Dudley for a cut and colour, which involved having my roots dyed, a balayage and toner applied. I couldn’t have been happier with the result. All the staff made me feel welcome and pampered and the advice I was given from my stylist about which colours to choose for my hair was really helpful. My hair looks the best it ever has and I’ve had lots of compliments since going to Regis.

   I had two working on my hair at the start to get my full head of highlights done. Made me feel comfortable, offered drinks through out and everyone in there was laughing and having a great time including the clients. To say I was nervous to make a change to my hair it turned out amazing and natural. I can't wait to return!

   I booked Regis for my little girls first hair cut I wanted to make it special for her as it was the first time Visiting the hairdresser. On the phone I did specify that I wanted my girls hair wash and styled. Upon arrival I was told that the wrong service was booked in and time may not allow me to have the treatment I initially booked in for would be able to be given. However after dealing with LUCY she managed to provide me with what I initially wanted. Lucy was very friendly and warm and made my daughter feel so special !! All credit goes to her for sorting me out and saving the day ! Definitely would only be back to visit to receive hair cut and style from her

   I came to Regis after reading good reviews. I'd had my hair cut at another salon 2 weeks prior to my appointment and wasn't happy with my uneven cut. I asked my stylist Laurie to correct this for me and she did a wonderful job. I now have an even cut and the blowdry was good too. Will be using this salon again in the future.
