   I have been coming here for several years and have always been warmly welcomed and had a great haircuts. They now have a very simple and effective appointment system in place that saves you queuing up and saves time. You need to book via the website and to be honest I much prefer it.

   Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Abysmal customer service honest to god I booked an appointment at 2:40, Karen cancelled the appointment at 2:00 - no notification, no call, text or anything at all and then booked somebody else (I assume a friend of a friend) in my place instead! I walked there, absouletly soaked top to bottom in a thunderstorm and she turns around and acts as if there was never any appointment today... as if I'm crazy, I booked the appointment at 1:20, she cancelled it at 2:00 on purpose & tried to blame it on the 'booking system' (load of bollox) when I showed her the appointment and she basically just shrugged her shoulders, carried on cutting the guys hair and pretended like she has no idea, she didn't even offer to cut my hair afterwards or at a later time today and there was literally just two people in there me and the guys hair she was cutting. Go somewhere else is my advice.

   Would recommend Karen to everyone. Go with my little boy, and been going for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Karen is great with kids, everyone is welcome and the salon is spotless and kept very clean and covid free. Karen currently wears a mask and visor, is very knowledgeable and professional and will always do the cut and style if she can. Can't recommend enough. You won't go anywhere else once you have been to Karen.

   The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It can be very busy and I have used them for years. They are closed Saturday afternoon and Mondays but I will use these as first choice always. Car parking on the street and a high step which some disabled may find difficult. Staff are always helpful and will assist those who need it.
