   Wow wow wow not just a hair stylist but an artist. My daughter originally had a colour test done else where, unfortunately she had a reaction and was advised she wasn't suitable for a colour. As this was for her prom she really wanted the works, after all probably the 2 most important days for a girl to look fabulous is her prom and Wedding day. So I sent out emails to 4 salons within Stourbridge. Only Tom responded and after several emails my daughter went for colour test. Tom offers more than one brand of colour and together with his expertise was confident a colour could be achieved. All good with the patch test and appointment booked with Emma. I should mention my daughter has extremely long hair, the longest hair Emma has cut she said. Emma was not fazed by this and took the challenge on. 5 hours later, yes 5 hours Emma created a colour master piece and styled beautiful. I've never seen such a huge smile on my daughter's face. Emma really understands how important your hair is and how it makes you feel. I can't recommend this salon enough for their customer service but also the artistry and magic Emma performed.

   Tom Syed Hair Spa is fabulous. Amazing staff especially Stacey. Your views and requests are listened to which sometimes doesn’t happen with some hair stylists, resulting in a fabulous end result. Stacey never fails to make me feel a million dollars after my visit. The salon is welcoming and inviting with a lovely vibe. It’s a pleasure to visit, chat and generally chill whilst having a pamper. Would highly recommend. ❤️

   There’s always a warm and friendly welcome when walking into the salon. Tom is the best hairdresser I’ve let do my balayage colour, the results have always been spot on! I would highly recommend Tom, he’ll listen to your exact needs and do an amazing job! You won’t regret it

   Best Hair Spa in town! As I Arrived met old friends and as I whilst sipping the great coffee they serve, my hair was being done in such efficient and caring manner. Tom has a hair colourist degree and I trust him with my locks. Phoebe keeps my roots on check and I am truly glad to see Stacey joining the team ( her cutting skills are incredible). It is nice to be in a hair Salon where all are part of a team. Again saw many faces and friends popping in and out, all very glad with our hair done so well; all enjoying with the ambiance and the serenity of the place. It really deserves to be called a Hair Spa Salon! If you haven’t check it out you are missing out.

   From the warm welcome to sitting in the chair with a complimentary drink this salon is welcoming, professional and clean. Tom uses his extensive knowledge of colour and techniques to create the perfect hair. I have never been disappointed with any colour treatment I have received from Tom. Using top quality products, he always ensures you are offered the correct treatments to keep you hair in the best condition. With great aftercare and expert advice I cannot recommend this salon enough.
