Hair done today, colour cut and curled. Always a warm greeting and coffee on arrival, along with a great service provided by Ryan and Jay. I moved from another salon in Stourbridge to Francis and Ashley, wouldn't consider going anywhere else always a superb job, friendly and professional!
On the first time ( back in may 2016)I went to Francis and Ashley I had booked with my daughter using a discount voucher site.. For both of us... We thought we would get the basic consultation etc How wrong was we..They made us feel welcome. And very special from the outset we both had booked for a full head colour They started on Natalie first explaining everything they were going to do and discussed everything with her. The colour. Cut. How it would shape around her face etc. They seemed to listen to what she wanted ( believe me not all hairdressers do that) . A colour was chosen from a wide range. They both had a good customer rapport and sat me with a lovely cup of coffee until it was my turn.. While I was waiting I wasn't left out and made to feel comfortable... After some time Natalie's hair was finished. Wow!! her hair was a lovely colour. Shiny. with the cut in a few layers at a length she wanted.. Natalie was beaming. And very happy, My experience was just as good. I had been home dyeing my own hair for some time....I'm not very good at picking colours at home so you could imagine what state it was In!!. They both discussed what I would like done and we discussed how they were going to achieve this...they explained everything clearly, they washed cut and then coloured my hair. All the way through. The both of them made me feel very special., cups of coffee, even asked if I wanted anything from the shop!! My hair has cut, how I wanted, the colour was bright, even all over, shiny. It was beautifully done. Both myself and my daughter agreed we would go again even at full price '' Sometime after my consultation there. I had comment after comment about my hair.. Even the lady who does hairdressing who lives opposite me!!!!! All in all we both had a lovely experience and would go again Two weeks ago I took my Granddaughter(14) for a modern hair style not just a trim.( Her hair, very long, straight, very thick The most beautiful auburn colour).. Anyia took a picture in of how she wanted her hair.( long, layered and big loose curls). they new exactly what she wanted, talked her through the process of layering, how it will fall around her face, etc discussed the whole lot in a clear way and again, she said made her feel special, both where chatty but not annoying.. When then finished anyias hair the smile on her face was a picture. So much so i had to take photos and send to her mom!!! So now 3 Happy customers and I'm sure more who haven't posted anything....
First time visiting today, had a cut and blow dry. Hair feels healthy, looks exactly how I wanted it and I'm very happy with the whole look
Booked through Groupon. Ended up spending twice as much on a 'balayage' which I got convinced would look amazing. Took 4hrs , looked awful (nothing like the picture we had agreed on) and the worst part...no patch test!! Bubbly, friendly guys, but professionally, don't believe the hype.
