Love this place, an absolute amazing analogy David provided for me today in relation to the chemical processes involved during a perm. Really could not ask for 2 nice gentlemen David and Brian. And the salon refurbishment is coming along absolutely lovely.
I don’t live in Kidderminster but I have been fortunate to have my hair done at Hair-Tec for the past few weeks & I can highly recommend this Salon. The service & quality are impeccable and exceptional customer service. My hairstylist is David, who always greets me with a welcoming smile. His expertise & skilful work is amazing & takes time & care to style my hair the way I like it. I always leave feeling very pampered.
Used this salon for the first time this week. Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. Really pleased with the cut. Always a bit nervous attending for first time but booked a return appointment before I left. Very friendly place would reccomend :)
Absolutely in shock at this salon. Shouting there mouth off at kids for putting there bike against the salon window outside. Then the old woman who runs it grabbing hold of a kids arm, an her husband then coming charging to the salon door aggressively with a hammer in his hand. Disgraceful place. Yet again old entitled people blaming the youth of today when there the problem. Awful business and awful people.
Amazing team at Hairtec! My 13 year old had a lovely trim today & my older daughter with very curly hair had a beautiful wash and dry a few weeks ago! Both with Olivia - she is great! Thanks Brian and the Hairtec team x

Had a hair cut with David today ,well he corrected a bad hair cut me for .I am delighted very professional and the salon is spotless.I am a hair dresser myself experience is so important in a hairdresser 10/10 for David I would highly recommend him. Thankyou
I'm not one to get my haircut alot so I used to just visit hair tec a few times a year, but everytime I go I have a great experience! I no longer live in kidderminster but I would come back just to get my hair cut here.
I love this salon! I think I've had my hair done by every stylist at the salon now as have been using hair tech since the 1990s! Olivia usually does my hair. All the stylists are incredibly welcoming, really friendly. I would always recommend them.
