   I’ve been looking for a regular hairdresser since moving from Manchester and Francesca Celeste Hair didn’t disappoint. It is everything I wanted and more. The massaging chair at the wash sink was a pleasant surprise and the decor is lovely. I selected to have Francesca do my hair and it was perfect. Lovely flowing conversation with no awkward silences which I have had in the past. Wearing hearing aids and needing to remove them I could still hear as she spoke clearly. This has always made me nervous in the past but not any more. I now look forward to my next hair appointment. Very happy Lady x

   Always love coming to see Frankie – she’s so much more than a hairdresser, she’s become a real friend. Me and my mum happily travel over 2.5 hours just to see her, that’s how much we trust her with our hair! It all started with my wedding hair trial and from then on we knew we’d found someone special. Frankie makes you feel completely at ease, always listens, and goes above and beyond. Every visit is like catching up with a friend and leaving with the best hair!

   First time at this salon and it was fantastic, everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was really relaxing, especially the massaging hair wash. I had a complete restyle from waist-length hair to a shoulder length bob and Chanel really took the time to make sure that I had the style that I wanted, am so pleased with the results and have already made an appointment to go back for a colour!

   What a wonderful little find this salon is! So welcoming and professional, Francesca was just amazing, made me feel so welcome and comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I hadn't been to a salon in years and had patchy box dyed hair, grey roots and very damaged ends so I was nervous, but I had nothing to worry about. The colour, the cut, the blow dry & the style made for such an enjoyable experience that I've already booked my next appointment! (P.S The massage chairs when you get your hair washed was so relaxing and a fantastic touch - I almost dropped off to sleep!) Thank you to Anastasia too (I hope I spelt that correctly!) who listened to me natter on as she toned my hair. So glad I can support small businesses like this that really do go above and beyond to make their customers happy. 100% recommend x
