   Awful customer service. I visited this shop today, I bought 2 pairs of shoes. First issue was that it took ages for the assistance to bring the number I wanted to try in, but that can happen, specially if they were busy. I paid the shoes and the machine turned off so they were unable to provide me with a receipt - inconvenient as I was shopping for my son so I might need to change the size it they didn't fit. Another lady appeared and told me. I had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for the receipt to be printed, I requested it to be emailed of even posted, but they said no. There was no intention being helpful towards customer, unfortunately I had to go back to work so couldnt stay there for 30 minutes waiting for a receipt to be printed.

   I recently purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this store and the customer service was amazing. They were very quick and responsive as I asked to try a few different pairs and sizes. The employees there and especially the management team were great and very helpful. Made the whole experience very easy. Would recommend this store very highly.

   do not buy things, the store and the service are terrible, the sizes do not match the description on the website and in reality, you will have to wait a very long time for exchange and return, and every day you will be told to wait and will not help, the courier will search your door for 10 days at the most, and every day they will apologize that you will regret contacting them. the prices rip off they cheat like thieves like scammers very big difference big deception it's like a conspiracy scam first they write 145£ then sell for 40£ when you buy shoes look carefully the sizes they don't match also check for fakes. and back in March 2023, I bought shoes here, size 38, black Timberlands made of nubuck with green soles, they were a small size, I asked for an exchange, sent it to the warehouse and put a letter there, which I printed separately, they said that nothing came, they did not help search and figure it out, if it is the fault of the couriers, then they indicated exactly this delivery, it is not us buyers who choose how we should return, they tell us where to take it and where the nearest address is to my house, there are cameras in the store that I asked to take proof how do i return it they ignored they took the shoes they took my money i respect them they are just stealing and they have the worst customer service

   I can be highly indecisive at times and this can cause an annoyance to other however; Lil, Vanessa and Andrew are truely good people with big and patient hearts. My visit was a fair while ago and I remember their patience and care. Phenomenal experience thanks to you guys!

   Shocking customer service!!! I couldn’t agree more with the comment below “The shop is like a pub, the sales assistants using the payment point as a bar standing around chatting and laughing to each other”. I had exactly the same feeling about my shopping experience. This is why I rarely visit the shop.

   Most unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. The manager and the new hire were completely useless and totally dedicated to cutting off any questions I wanted to ask and not wanting to help at all. How can you have such a rude manager taking care of your store? Her bad attitude will only rub off on those she is “training”. BEWARE WHO YOU HIRE AS STAFF. Customer service is soooooo important and this is NOT it. If anyone has her name please let me know so I can make a formal written complaint.

   Hello i was deeply saddened and made depressed today by the actions presented by the staff and especially the manager who sits at the main desk mocking all the customers that walk in their store. I entered the store and was made a joke out of. I was trying to get a shoe for my daughter however the manager was very rude she began to mock the style of the shoe and the size.there was a white man who was 6ft5 who was buying the exact shoe and size (said he was going to resell them) which she laughed and praised him for it.i was called rude and extremelyobnoxious.in my opinion the manager should be released with immediate effect.This is the picture of the man who agreed that the woman was very rude.
