   Had a fantastic experience at Euphoria today my first time visiting this salon I had the wonderful Annalise . Salon was clean tidy and beautifully decorated for the festive season I was offered a drink before my service started and was given a fabulous cup of tea ! Had a wash cut and blow dry . Loved the products used and Annalise did a fantastic job with my hair and made me feel comfortable . Highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be returning . Thank you ☺️

   Cannot recommend Euphoria enough! Our family have been using Euphoria for years, everybody is just so friendly and professional. Lauren has looked after my super thick, wavy hair through all phases (including undercuts) and has gone above and beyond to get my hair to the exact clean shade of blonde that I want and has got rid of any brassy tones left. Nat and Dani recently did both mine and my three bridesmaids hair for my wedding. Nat put me at ease from the beginning of the trial appointment and spent the time getting it exactly how I wanted it. On the day all three of the bridesmaids hairs looked incredible and a month later I'm still obsessed with the fat plaits and curls Nat managed to achieve with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!

   1st time at this salon, super happy with my cut and blow dry with Dani, a really friendly hairdresser with a natural ability with hair. However I want to give a special mention to your employee, Daisy. For a young girl, I’ve never met a genuinely friendly and happy “junior”. Put me at ease and could have chatted to her all afternoon ! V professional, a lovely relaxing scalp massage and an absolute credit to your business ❤️

   My hair is not how I wanted it they have not blended my hair it looks like a bowl was put on my head and I paid 39.50 I am so gutted and they did not show me the back of my hair I am not happy one bit

   I've got £300 worth of hair in the complete wrong colour and I am still waiting for their customer service team to get it returned. I will never buy hair extensions from this company again they have ruined my birthday. They have also had messages from my hair extension fitter, whom they also ignored. I Ordered hair from euphoria hair the 23rd in bright ginger, waited 9 days and it's still didn't arrive so I contacted their customer service team who blamed DPD for me not receiving my hair extensions. I was forced to miss my hair extension fitting appointment, lost my deposit with my hair extensionist. I also have paid over £100 to get my hair the bright ginger colour shown in the colour chart on euphoria hair. They also asked for a picture of my hair which I provided. With my first order. However that must not have ever been sent out or has been lost. I continue to ask them where my order was an expressed concern. I then received tracking information and proof of order via text by DPD. When I tell you that my heart sank when I opened the package and saw what they had sent me. I am absolutely heartbroken. no I am stuck with £300 worth of hair that I can't use and have since been struggling to get them returned which they still are not returned because the customer service keep ignoring my messages. I have since had to dye my hair black and pay an additional £400 to get new hair extensions from a different company and get them fitted. I will never use euphoria hair again. Absolutely heartbroken and I have completely ruined my birthday. Still awaiting return information so I can send the hair back. if I could attach pictures and photos of what they sent me compared to the colour chart you wouldn't use them as a hair extension supplier ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Unsympathetic and just had the worst experience possible.
