Absolutely first class. This was my first visit to Serendipity Hair and Beauty Salon, Matt took his time, cut my hair exactly as I wanted it to look. My husband said it was the best haircut I've had. Very professional salon.
I would have put 0 stars if possible. I would strongly not recommend, particularly if you're looking to get your hair dyed as there's no specialist hair colourist in the salon. I requested platinum highlights after being advised by my hairdresser. 6 hours down the line, all of my hair is yellow like cheddar cheese. They then had the cheek to charge me for the extra work fixing their mistakes which became worse and worse after each attempt at bleaching it. I am now stuck like this after it being bleached 3 times as I've been advised by a different salon it's not in a healthy enough condition to redye yet. After complaining to the manager about this I have received no response.
Had a really relaxing pedicure this morning. Davina was brilliant and did a great job. I have now got new feet.
