   Went in at 17:10 May 19th and as I was walking towards the till to pay I heard a female staff member critise myself and other customers saying we shouldn't be in that late f*cking mongs, I understand how annoying it is after a long day and people come in last minute, but keep your opinions to yourself or express them when customers are not going to hear you
