   Unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable—towards a child. Just DISGRACEFUL! I’m deeply disappointed by the repeated poor treatment my 11-year-old son has received at King’s Barbers Club in Fazeley, culminating in a distressing experience on 20/10/25. We only returned because they were the only barbers with a slot available — otherwise, after previous poor experiences, we would have gone elsewhere. On past visits, one barber was rough-handed, and on another, my son left in tears when an uneven haircut led to bullying at school. Today, the barber (Hardi) called my son “hard work” before finishing the cut, repeatedly said he was in a rush, and spoke in Kurdish with another barber Kaifi throughout, clearly discussing us. It felt exclusionary, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. My son was polite and patient throughout, yet left crying once again. This troubling experience affected his self-confidence and mental wellbeing. It was unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable — especially towards a child. No child should ever be made to feel like that. Children deserve patience, kindness, and respect. We def won’t be returning!

   No gimmick lights or TVs here , just straightforward customer service with the focus exactly where it should be. Always a pleasant atmosphere with proper barber conversations. All the guys are talented, but a special mention to Khalid for his top-class work! Booking online easy !

   Haji is the man to go to for a perfect hair cut, I travel from a different town to get my hair cut by Haji because he never fails to get it right and gives me a perfect shaped beard every time. The other guys in kings barber club Fazeley are brilliant to and are always welcoming and extremely polite would never go anywhere else. perfect hair cut and beard trim by Haji every time and Perfect customer service skills and extremely polite staff at Kings Barbers Fazeley.
