Gone down hill they have inexperienced apprentices to cut your hair, so basically you are there for them to practice on and pay for the privilege. Ruined my hair as you can see in the picture, avoid this place
I been back in the uk for 6 month from dubai and had mu hair cut from other place but for sure 100000% this place is amazing my cut is like I have it dubai there take there time and make you feel like family
Not leaving 1 star as the forst time I went here 4 weeks ago the lady that cut my hair was fantastic. Went today and called first to ensure walk in are ok, was told yes and 1 only one person waiting. Was there with in 5 minutes and someone else had arrived, absolutely fine it is a walk in service, both barbers busy, so I though 2 people waiting, 2 barbers this won't be long. 1 barber finishes to then tell me he has a pre booked appointment, fine, other barber finishes and the lad in front gets In the chair. Other barber finishes his pre booked appointment to the tell me he has another pre booked appointment, now 1.5 hours in and no where near been seen to. When I called you have said only one barber is for walk ins on a Saturday and one is for appointments! Be clear with customers about wait times.

Got both my boys haircuts here today and can’t say a bad word about the place. One of my boys had the apprentice - he was amazing. He took his time but that’s ok. The haircut was superb. My other lad had the other barber who was fab as well. She was quick but attentive - just what he needed as he hates hair cuts and the close contact with the barber.Couldn’t rate the place more. Definitely going back
The girl that cut my hair Monday night was great. I can't fault her. She chatted, did my hair really good. Felt bad due to me not having the cash I purposely withdrew somehow lost to tip her but will be returning for her next time.
