I have been taking hair cut with since two months I found I really good guy call Aram number 7 he so good and friendly
First time at this Turkish barber shop and I was seriously impressed. Clean setup, welcoming vibe, and you can tell they really care about giving you a proper experience – from the cut to the hot towel and everything in between. Ari (Number 6) was my barber and he absolutely smashed it. Gave me a clean fade, sharp lines, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. The hot towel finish and attention to detail just added to it. Definitely found my go-to spot now and highly recommend booking with Ari!
Absolutely brilliant barbershop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was super welcoming. All the staff were friendly and skilled, but Ari really stood out. He took his time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Plus, the hot towel shave was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend this place – ask for Ari, you won't be disappointed!
Absolute terrible experience hair cut is shocking no fade and different lengths when addressed the staff got all upset and angry started surrounding me trying to push me back in the chair when I refused to let any of them touch my hair again they was pushing me out the door swearing and shouting abuse very un professional would avoid at all costs!!!!! ( the clown who cut my hair had attitude I simply said I can’t trust any member of staff in that shop to cut my hair now I’d like my money back to be laughed at and told no it’s a perfectly fine hair cut we are the best barbers around here was their words!!! Go and check the cameras in your shop and have a good look at the people you employ! I’ll add another picture off your staff member looking rather aggressive!!)
I've been coming to this shop for the past 5 years, never could fault the barbers in there. By far one of the best barbers in the West Midlands. Would definitely recommend it Never a waiting time, as soon as you walk in your seated by a professional barber. All the barbers here are great, never had to choose a barber here there all well trained and experienced.
Been coming here for the past 3 years, unfortunately it seems as if the good barbers leave or are only working on some days of the week as I’ve had nearly every barber cut my hair (even new barbers), the quality of haircuts have gone down hill massively - when you’re giving £30 every haircut (£5tip) you expect a decent hair cut, not for me to have to tell the barber he hasn’t finished my hair and I can see he is not capable of cutting hair properly! using a hair clipper that was dying and needed charging, unable to blend hair or even do a simple request of trimming the top of my hair short asked for my beard to be trimmed and blended was not done but was charged for it, I’m sorry, I’ve had to leave a review like this because I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after today I’m sorry to say I will be looking for a new barbers as I wouldn’t want anyone to have the same experience.

Hello, I allow myself to put a positive opinion whereas at the beginning my opinion was negative. Let me explain, my son had his hair done by one of the hairdressers of the team and I admit that he simply did his job by listening to my wishes concerning the My son's haircut. Coming out the haircut was not at all what I expected. It looked like nothing to me. The young man simply took my expectations into account so I can't blame him. not happy. Except that the professionalism of this team was able to listen to me, chat with me despite the language barrier because I speak French. They were professional despite my dissatisfaction and corrected my son's hairstyle. I really want to apologize to the team because I really did not want to doubt your professionalism, when I left your house, I was still very happy. I recommend this hair salon because it is not just a story of money but of humanism. Respect and listening are 2 characteristics that can be found in a hairdresser. Very disappointed by the quality of this place. It would have just been better to get a come hair cut, instead of wasting time to travel to this place, waste money for some guy to just mess up the hair and not do whats asked of him. I asked him to trim a little bit from the top and I come home to long and uneven hair. Disgraceful and disappointing place.
