Online customer service did not apologies for broken return process on website. Despatch was delayed without apology. I would not recommend this company based on the poor customer service.
What a fantastic in-store experience. I had two pairs of boots from Grenson already but they were both ordered online. So for my first time in London I just HAD to visit a store and I was amazed at the level of service and care. Picked up an awesome pair of loafers after talking to the people there and I couldn’t be happier.
Alex provided me exemplary service over the past week, putting my needs first. He was not the reason I first went to the store, but he will be the reason I return. Thank you
Fantastic service. My first pair from Grenson’s. I wandered into the Shoreditch branch and asked about availability and they called around and confirmed that This one had the Abel boots in stock. Great friendly and knowledgeable service in store. Will be back.
Fabulous service from a lovely lady with big hair. She was friendly, yet professional, super encouraging but not pressured into buying. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I bought a smashing pair of “ Kim” boots to add to my ever growing, Grenson collection. Shoes are great value and serviceable. There are many traditional styles as well as up to date , fashion styles. All super well made in Northampton. Support British brands as they’re disappearing from the high street. Grenson are far better in quality than there near competitors. Highly recommend this brand and shop
I had an unfortunate experience purchasing a pair of Grenson Boots from another online retailer, and James and the team at Grenson really went the distance to help out and get me a new pair of boots. I really appreciated all the effort they put in and I purchased a replacement pair from Grenson at this store. The quality was so good, I then even bought another pair! Thank you, I'm really happy with my new boots :)
Great choice of classic and contemporary shoes. I've got a couple of pairs of Grenson shoes now and they wear really well. Would be great if they extend their vegan shoe range further
Bought suede shoes. Applied the grenson suede protective spray sold to me with the shoes. The spray stained the shoes with little dark blotches. Customer service had me send the shoes back for research. Two weeks later they told me the suede was 'faulty'... yes, not the spray which is still on sale. So either avoid grenson suede or their shoe treatment products. Or both.
Bought 3 pairs of the 12 style sneaker and had to return all 3 of them tho I love the design. They all came filthy, shoes laces grimly and glue everywhere?!? If I wanted a pair of trainers that looked used and worn I would have gone to a charity shop. It's a shame this site will not upload pictures on here. Customer service is also a joke.
I love the brand I have so many shoes from Grenson but unfortunately I’ve fallen out of love because I’ve had a bad batch, the shoes were cracking and splitting The first time they replaced it I was so happy but it happened again I told them but they ignored me. They probably think I’m trying to get some free shoes, that’s not the case I don’t need to do that. I’m happy with all my boots but the office shoes are terrible. Insta@davidcannonyesil
