   Friendly greeting when I walked through the door. Had a haircut from Codey, very pleased with the cut and managed to have a good chat with Codey. Good customer service. You don’t see that with a lot of barbers. Definitely coming back again.

   I normally only write a review if I want to give 5 stars. This is an exception. I actually had to go to a different barber immediately after this to rectify errors from the haircut I got at art.barbers. Only at the new barber were further mistakes highlighted to me (e.g. hair left behind the ear). I showed a video of my desired haircut as well as a verbal description but they were not followed. The barber himself was too relaxed, leaning against the counter the entire time, and it seemed a pretty low effort cut for £30. I was positioned away from the mirror so I could not keep progress during the cut itself. The fade was a mid-fade (I asked for high), it was barely faded (more of a stark contrast between the hair on top and the skin beneath) and you could tell there was inexperience with the razor. I only ever came here because of "RJ" - an excellent barber. I learned that he himself has opened his own establishment with a former colleague at art.barber. I for one will be joining him. The influx of new staff, the hike in prices, the lazy nature of the cutting makes this place a no-go. At least for me. Make of that what you will if you are reading this. You can also read my other reviews of other places, just to show I am not malicious by nature.

   An amazing experience. Booked an appointment with them and they got back to me promptly. Got a skin fade and the results was amazing, their customer service was also excellent and attentive, offering me a drink while waiting. The barber (didn't manage to get his name but I went there on 24th Jul in the afternoon) was also very friendly and we had a nice chat while he was giving me the haircut. Will definitely come back again when I'm in Birmingham.

   This barber shop is one of the bests in town, if not, the best. The space is 5 stars, everyone is polite and they offers you drinks whenever you visit, and you are always treated as their priority. Iza is very skilled and attentive, always giving the best customer experience and advices. I will definitely come back.
