   My son had a fantastic fourth birthday party at this hidden gem. The program was excellent; everyone loved it—the children and their parents. Lesley was great at interacting with the children and put a lot of effort into making it a special time for both the little ones and the big ones. Truly magical, just like the shop itself—you can look around and always find something interesting. Thank you again, Lesley, for making it so special.

   Lesley has such a wealth of information and great products at her store. Do call or email in advance, and you won't be disappointed. I made a trip there from London and wasn't disappointed. Bought a couple of marionettes for my daughter, and hope to return again for more - if my daughter takes to them. Highly recommended for beginners and masters, amateurs and professionals alike.

   A wonderful museum-like store for puppetry enthusiasts — whether they be adults, art collectors or kids. The owner, Lesley, has the best and most comprehensive personal collection I have ever seen, and she sells from it with fair prices. She has wonderful vintage puppets from all over the world: shadow puppets, hand puppets, marionettes, etc., including retired theater puppets, one-of-a-kind creations and handmade ones. She, of course, also has Pelham puppets and some items meant for kids rather than collectors. The shop is not open regularly, so you have to contact the owner via email or phone number and arrange ahead of time to see what they have to offer. I will definitely return again. I have been to many countries for the sake of puppetry, and have yet to find such a wonderful shop as this.

   My children had such a great time there, Leslie made everyone feel very welcome with her beautiful friendly personality. The puppet making was super fun and it’s such a unique shop that everyone would like. Definitely check it out. They do private puppet making and puppet shows too.
