Absolutely excellent service! I called regarding fixing a broken washing machine and got sound advice around my machine sadly not being repairable, but the team (Anna in particular) were really quick to provide me a great list of alternative options to my broken machine after reviewing, at various different price points. Danny came to install the new machine today, just a week or so later, and the whole process was done within less than 2 hours, with Danny paying really exceptional attention to detail in fitting the machine and cupboards back to perfect alignment. The attention to detail was amazing throughout and I'm so pleased with my new machine and about what a smooth process it has been from start to finish. The whole team were so friendly and hardworking throughout, I cannot recommend them, and Euronics, highly enough. A real credit to what a difference excellent customer service makes, thanks Euronics! :)
Absolutely first class service from Stewart & Young. I called them as my 86 year old mother's cooker wasn't working. They sent someone out within the hour and the repair was completed in a few day, very grateful for such a great service.
I always go to Matt and his team at Stewart & Young for any white goods/electronics. They are friendly, helpful, fast, responsive, and I completely trust them to recommend and help me maintain the right products for my property and needs. Cannot recommend highly enough, plus it's really nice to be able to deal virtually or just pop into the shop on the high street and have a lovely conversation with some really nice people who know their products really well!
Mark and his assistant from Stewart and Young just installed our new washing machine. Such nice gents, both of them. They came in, took our old machine out... 20 mins later I had my new machine installed. No mess, no fuss! Couldn't recommend them more! Super professional!

Stewart and Young installed my new washing machine swiftly when other suppliers were quoting a week later for installation. The removal of the old machine and installation of the new was carried out very efficiently. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
I only bought a cooker gas ring cover this time but l have bought all my white goods here in the 23 years l have lived in the area and would go nowhere else. They are always friendly and helpful. The orders always seem to arrive promptly and they take your old appliance away for free. Can't fault them!
